Work scope

+ Handle customer enquiries and bookings

+ Update our internal booking systems and calendars

+ Ops and coordination of trips 

+ Other admin tasks as required

Requirements

 

1.  Good written and spoken English

2.  Friendly and patient customer service orientated 

3.  Careful attention to detail 

4.  Comfortable with software (Google excel sheet, simple computer entries, WhatsApp)

5.  Good spoken Mandarin is a plus
