Work scope 

​

+ Handle customer enquiries and bookings

+ Update our internal booking systems and calendars

+ Ops and coordination 

+ Other admin tasks as required

​

Requirements

 

1.  Friendly and patient customer service

2.  Good written and spoken English and Mandarin 

3.  Careful attention to detail 

4.  Comfortable with tech (Google excel sheet, simple computer entries, WhatsApp)
